During rental

You can either prolong your rental period in written form or personally in our offices 48 hours before your rental period ends. The price of the prolongation will be calculated by our current price list.

In order to make sure the vehicle is available, please inform us with at least 48 hours prior to the termination of the actual rental contract.

You can change the drop off office, however in such a case, an additional fee is charged for this service.

If you have subsequently decided to go to a different country let us know so we can complete the documents needed for this. This will be charged to your credit card or at the office before the usage service.

In our selection of additional equipment, you can choose Wi-Fi, GPS (satellite), child seats/booster

Please call our customer support number and check the availability of the needed equipment/s.  They can be picked up from the closest CARWIZ office.

If you have decided to add an additional driver to your contract, you can send us the request and photo of the driver’s license by email, together with the confirmation of payment. The additional drivers fee is charged from the date you added the additional driver.

You can return the vehicle before the time stated in the contract. In that case, no refunds will be made.

If you already have a CARWIZ vehicle rented, and you decided to add additional insurance, please got to the nearest CARWIZ office to change the rental terms and to have the car inspected.

There are no restrictions regarding the countries you wish to visit with the rented vehicle. Cross Border Rentals are NOT allowed to: Ukraine, Moldova, Russia.
